Why We do What We Do

REIPM came to life in 2023 out of necessity – as a challenger brand – to raise the overall standard of property management services across Australia. As the industry continued to shifted and service quality continued to declined, clients from one of our partner business, REIF (Real Estate Investment Finance), began asking for something better – something more attentive, more proactive, and more aligned with the experience they’d had throughout their journey with REIF.

Our response? REIPM – a property management service designed to overdeliver on results and simplify the journey for property owners and tenants with a seamless, stress-free experience backed by transparent communication, meticulous care, and a team who are dedicated to your success. Our expansion from Queensland into a new, dedicated Victorian office in November 2025 is a testament to our client-first approach.

With over a decade of combined property management experience Bianca is a highly respected professional in the real estate industry.

Jade

Senior Property Manager – QLD

With over 9 years’ of expertise in senior management of residential real estate across South East Queensland, Jade has developed a comprehensive understanding of the property management industry. She joins REIF with her professional knowledge that spans across all facets of property management, ensuring exceptional care for clients’ assets.

Jade is committed to achieving outstanding outcomes by skilfully matching the most ideal tenants with each property, delivering a seamless experience for both property owners and tenants alike. Her dedication, insight, and strategic approach set her apart as a trusted expert in the field.

Rebecca

Property Manager – VIC

Rebecca has spent the last 20 years of her career achieving incredible property management results for her clients across Victoria. She joins REIF’s property management partner, REIPM, in a dedicated Werribee (VIC) office to expand service delivery excellence across their national business.

Cassidy

Junior Property Manager – QLD

Cassidy has spent the majority of her career in client services roles, navigating new challenges with enthusiasm and professionalism. She has recently joined the Queensland team after having experienced REIPM as a tenant herself.
