REIPM came to life in 2023 out of necessity – as a challenger brand – to raise the overall standard of property management services across Australia. As the industry continued to shifted and service quality continued to declined, clients from one of our partner business, REIF (Real Estate Investment Finance), began asking for something better – something more attentive, more proactive, and more aligned with the experience they’d had throughout their journey with REIF.

Our response? REIPM – a property management service designed to overdeliver on results and simplify the journey for property owners and tenants with a seamless, stress-free experience backed by transparent communication, meticulous care, and a team who are dedicated to your success. Our expansion from Queensland into a new, dedicated Victorian office in November 2025 is a testament to our client-first approach.
